Joanne Santos is the Managing Director at Grainger Legal, with three decades of experience in personal injury law. She began her legal career in 1996 as a Legal Assistant at Maurice Blackburn and went on to work at Secombs Solicitors, Nowicki Carbone, and Slater & Gordon. Joanne has developed deep expertise in TAC, Workers Compensation, and Superannuation claims, and is known for her strong operational leadership and client-focused approach.
