Understanding our fees.
At Grainger Legal, we provide transparent, upfront information to make legal fees clear and straightforward. Whether you’re pursuing compensation, managing an estate, or handling a property transaction, we’ll explain your options so you can feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the process.
For personal injury, TAC, WorkCover, public liability and most estate litigation matters, we offer No Win, No Fee arrangements.
This means:
Fees on success: You won’t pay our professional fees unless, and until you win your claim.
Peace of mind: You can pursue your matter without putting yourself under more financial pressure.
Clear agreements: You’ll receive a full cost disclosure outlining all potential costs and terms.
Under this arrangement, you’ll only pay our professional fees if we achieve a successful outcome. Disbursements (out-of-pocket expenses) may still apply, and we’ll discuss these with you upfront so there are no surprises.
We offer fixed fee pricing for a range of conveyancing and related property services. All fees below are inclusive of GST, so you’ll know the full cost upfront and can plan with confidence.
